Refund Policy

 

Vi at Dentriri always strives to provide our clients with a high quality and satisfactory advisory experience when using our online service. If for any reason you are not satisfied with the advice you have booked from us, we are willing to work with you to find a solution.

We offer refunds under the following terms:

 

1. Full refund

We offer a full refund if you contact us at least 24 hours before the booked consultation time and cancel your booking. To request a refund, please contact us via email or the support form on our website.

2. No refund for late cancellation

If you cancel less than 24 hours before the booked consultation time, we cannot offer a refund.

 

3. No refund after completed counseling

After completed counseling, we cannot offer a refund. However, we are willing to work with you to find a solution if you have any issues with our service.

 

4. The refund process

Refunds are usually processed within 5 business days after we receive your request. The refund will be sent to the card you used to make the purchase. Please note that it may take up to 10 business days for the refund to appear on your card account.
