Dentriri cancellation policy

We understand that sometimes situations may arise that require you to cancel or change your time for counseling. We want to be as flexible as possible, but at the same time we also need to ensure that our advisers' time is respected and that we can maintain a high-quality service for all our clients.

Therefore, we have the following cancellation policy:

Cancellation or change of a booked time must take place at least 24 hours before the agreed time. This gives us enough time to try to fill your seat with another customer.

If cancellation or change occurs less than 24 hours before the agreed time, you will be charged for half the cost of the counseling session.

If you do not show up for your booked appointment without notifying us, you will be charged for the full cost of the counseling session.

If you cancel or change a booked appointment repeatedly, we may have to limit the possibility of further bookings.
